About Kingdom Elite Tactical and Professor Welch

Kingdom Elite Tactical is a division of Elite Training Specialists, Inc.

ETS, Inc. is a research-based use-of- force training company that serves the professional communities of criminal justice, military, education, health services, fire, EMS, low and high-risk security agencies, private business, and corporate personnel. We also specialize in the training of the everyday citizen in the use of firearms and hand-to-hand self-defense.

ETS, Inc. is the product of a training methodology based on the principles of adult combat training techniques that can be performed under stress and learned very quickly.

Our training centers around research methodology based on the development of tactical and legal research as well as emphasis on the use of gross motor skills, which perform optimally under the stress of combat.

Grand Master Garry Welch is the chief instructor of all firearms and tactical training programs and is a master instructor in different disciplines and styles of combat firearms, close quarter tactics, VIP protection and defensive tactics.

As trainers we have the responsibility to prepare our students mentally for what to expect when they encounter a deadly force threat. We must create in our students the mindset that they must win at all costs. Developing confidence in our students quickly is what we do!

AT ETS, we stress “In a time of great crisis…. You will never rise to the level of your expectations…. You will always fall to the level of your training”. That is why confidence in your skills and ability is the key to survival.

All Elite Training programs are taught in 3 levels of training:

Static – Step-by-step and by-the-numbers to learn any new technique or skill. This is how you begin to build a neural pathway in the brain. You build a “conditioned stimulus response” to any specific “stimuli” threat.

Fluid – At this level of training you begin to put the technique and skill together with a response to a specific stimulus in a fluid / flowing manner. At a “slow is smooth . . . smooth becomes fast” speed.

Dynamic – Real world speed with no “fixed rules” or “willing partner assistance” with a preplanned attack. The student takes the above two levels they have developed and reacts to an unknown attack. At this level you must be able to perform without conscious thought, only with a reaction that has been built through your training.

Professor Welch has been actively training local, county, state, and federal law enforcement personnel in tactical and firearms for close to twenty-five years. He has also been employed by municipal police departments, county sheriff’s departments, state law enforcement, and the federal government not only as an agent but also as a trainer.
