As trainers we have the responsibility to prepare our students mentally and what to expect when they encounter a deadly force threat. The effects of stress on the human body is one main factor. We must create in our student the mindset that they must win at all costs.
At KET, we stress to our students “In a time of great crisis . . . You will never rise to the level of your expectations . . . you will always fall to the level of your training”.
When we make a contractual agreement to train someone, we take on a huge responsibility. Their life is literally in our hands. The trust between student and teacher is taken very seriously with us.
All KET programs are taught in 3 levels of training.
Static – Step by step and by the numbers. This is how you begin to build a neural pathway in the brain. You must build a “conditioned stimulus response”, a specific response to a specific threat.
Fluid – At this level you begin to put the technique together with a response to a stimulus in a fluid / flowing manner. At a “slow is smooth… smooth is fast speed”.
Dynamic – Real world speed with no fixed or preplanned attack. That is why you must learn first at the 2 levels mentioned above. At this level you must be able to perform without thought.
Who We Are
We offer training courses including basic and intermediate firearms, and advanced tactical weapons training using handguns, shotguns, carbine and precision sniper rifles. We also offer training in advanced Three Gun Shooting.

We have an incredible staff of very talented male and female instructors, range safety officers, and support staff who are here to facilitate a very safe and educational environment to meet all your training and educational needs.
All our trainers are certified in various disciplines and courses. We also have adjunct instructors with incredible backgrounds in experience and training.

We offer the very best in firearms training with courses ranging from basic shooting skills and firearm safety, concealed carry certification, and elite survival tactics and self-defense shooting skills.
We have our own proprietary combat shooting courses with basic, intermediate, and advanced levels of training.
All our courses are certified and accredited for Continuing Education Hours for Professionals. Certificates will be issued when needed for every course that is taught.
We can also bring our courses to your agency or company, not just at our own facility.
Our complex is available for rent by government. military, law enforcement or any other professional organization, as well for birthdays, bachelor parties, corporate team building, or any occasion you would need.
