About Eric Muller - Adjunct Instructor

Eric Muller joined the U.S. Navy in 1994 and began Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL (BUD/S) Training in 1996. He completed 20 years of military service and spent 18 years of his time in the Naval Special Warfare community as a SEAL Operator, Sniper, DOD interrogator, Combative’s Trainer, Advance Force Operations, Drone Pilot and Instructor. He has managed and participated in thousands of high risk training evolutions. Eric has deployed overseas 7 times and was a SEAL operator in 6 platoons. Two of his deployments were hotspots, Mosul, Iraq (Jun 2003-Apr 2004) and Ramadi, Iraq (Dec 2005-Apr 2006). He has been involved in hundreds of classified counter terrorism operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, while assigned to multiple SEAL Teams.


Eric retired from the Navy 2014 and became a full-time instructor at Mid-South Combat Shooting. While there, he provided professional combat tactical shooting instruction to Special Forces, Government Agencies, and Commandos from around the world.  Eric has since been active in anti-human trafficking, risk management as a security specialist to high profile clients, instructs law enforcers shooting and tactics, a military consultant bringing accurate and realistic tactics to the entertainment industry, occasionally does key note speaking engagements and has co-authored the book, “Set Up for Success”, which is intended to serve as an instructional manual for today’s transitioning veteran service members.
